Greendale Robotics, Inc.
Greendale Robotics started with a group of six Greendale High School Students and a student from United Community Center's Middle School on a mission to spread STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) education and offer STEM activities to their community. They had worked together as a robotics team, and wanted to focus their efforts around that core. They have since offered STEM classes and workshops to hundreds of students in the greater Milwaukee area, formed a second robotics team, and shared STEM activities at dozens of local and city wide events--including at Milwaukee Bucks games, Polish Fest, community celebrations, and more.
They're excited to continue their tradition of success, but even more excited to open students' eyes to how fun and enriching Science, Technology, Engineering and Math can be!
Greendale Robotics Inc.’s goal is to promote STEM education and opportunities throughout our community and beyond. We know how important these skills are for everyone, and we know that some groups don't have the opportunities we do.
By doing things like starting new robotics teams, mentoring new Lego League and robotics teams, and bringing STEM fun and projects everywhere we can, we know we're opening doors to STEM to so many people. By creating exciting online events like STEM Sisters, and in person events like our STEM Days at Greendale Field Workshop and our Explore STEM Classes with Greendale Park and Rec, we're definitely bringing STEM opportunities to many new faces.
