Empower Physical Therapy & Wellness offers one on one physical therapy and health coaching session to help clients achieve their wellness goals. With over 25 years combined experience, we are well versed in treating all orthopedic, sports medicine, and neurological conditions, including pelvic floor/women’s heath, rehabbing runners, and working with such conditions as Parkinson’s and MS. We use the latest techniques, including but not limited to dry needling, IASTM, and cupping to address pain and soft tissue restrictions to help our clients move better and exercise prescription to increase strength. Our health coaching program allows us to walk alongside our client to support habit changes to promote true, sustainable change. We believe that increasing an individual’s strength, their resiliency, and management of life promotes a more healthy and happy self.
