Our next Power Hour is July 28^th at 8AM at the Hose Tower in Greendale. This month's topic is "Burnout Awareness & Prevention," presented by Amanda Marcucci BS, CHES and Matt Seipel, Ph.D. of the Greendale Public Health Department. Learn how to recognize the early warning signs, understand the impact of chronic stress, and explore practical strategies to build resilience and prevent burnout.
