Harbour Village, tucked away on seven acres in beautiful, historic Greendale, celebrated 30 years serving seniors this year (2018). The campus has transformed from the original 140 Concord apartments into an age-in-place community campus, serving over 230 Greendale resident seniors. Currently the three Harbour Village campus buildings offer 4 levels of living, from independent living to light assistance in The Concord, assisted living at Harbour Assisted Living Residences, and memory care at Harbour House. This continuum allows residents to live a fulfilling lifestyle among family and friends, today and tomorrow. Support to residents, families, friends and the public can be found in Parkinson’s and Alzhiemer’s groups. The public is invited. Harbour Village is a community resource for anyone with questions about aging and services.

Approximately 150 Harbour Village employees care for our residents with HEART: Hospitality, Excellence, Appreciation, Respect and Teamwork. Employees include caregivers, nurses, a concierge team, housekeepers and maintenance, a sales and marketing team, and a very active programing team. Our 5 Star Dining employs a highly-rated chef, cooks and wait staff. We are proud to say that many of the wait staff over the years have been and are Greendale and surrounding area high school students. Their employment teaches them responsibility, prepares them for future endeavors and provides invaluable intergenerational experiences.

Harbour Village residents and staff support and participate in many Greendale events, including Step Up To Better Health Run, the Greendale Senior Fest, Love Thy Neighbor, SAGE (Successful Aging for Everyone), volunteering at GEA Children’s Resale and also the Greendale Historic Society Depression listening sessions with 8th grade students. Along with the Greendale Health Department, Harbour Village is piloting a nationally recognized Music and Memory program, among many other valuable health collaborations. Harbour Village residents enjoy Greendale shopping and dining experiences and attending community and high school musical and theatrical performances throughout the year. The Greendale Library is an important resource to residents who enjoy stimulating monthly book club discussions. In warm weather residents especially enjoy walking the Scout Lake trails for their walking club outings.
